Delete Account & Data Deletion

At Xpense Manager Pro (developed by Zafirul Islam), we respect your complete ownership of your personal financial records. You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated data permanently.

1Delete Instantly Inside the App (Recommended)

You can delete your account and wipe all local and cloud data directly inside the mobile app:

  1. Open the Xpense Manager Pro app on your Android device.
  2. Go to Settings (or tap your Profile avatar).
  3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account (or Clear Data).
  4. Confirm your choice. Your account and records will be deleted immediately.

2Request Deletion via Email Support

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request manual deletion by sending an email:

Subject: Account Deletion Request - Xpense Manager Pro

Message: Please provide the email address associated with your account.

Our team verifies the request and executes complete account deletion within 24 to 48 hours.

What Data Is Deleted vs Retained?

Data Deleted Permanently

  • • User authentication credentials & email
  • • All synced transactions, categories, & tags
  • • Budget settings and recurring ledger logs
  • • Device push notification tokens (FCM)

Retention Period

0 days: We do not retain backup copies or user financial records once deleted. Google Drive backups reside exclusively in your personal cloud drive and can be removed directly by you.
